MY DEFINITIONS CU: CU means you can use my CU items for products that you sell, however those products MUST be sold as Personal Use Only. CU4CU: CU4CU means that you can use my items in products that you sell, and you can sell your kit as CU to the person who buys the product from you. You CANNOT transfer the CU4CU license to them. They cannot offer CU to whomever buys their product – their customers must use it as PU only. I am no longer selling my CU4CU license. Multiple-Designer Website License If you want to use items made with my PspScripts or Psd Templates to create craft printables, greeting cards, etc., you must purchase my Multiple-Designer website license, which is a once off payment of $49.99 – available at my online personal store. This license is NOT for Scrapbooking stores. License price is subject to change at any time. TERMS OF USE - Please read completely before using these items: *For Paid COMMERCIAL USE and/or Freebie COMMERCIAL USE ITEMS: PROHIBITED USES: You may not do anything with my product that is not expressly permitted. You may not provide a copy of my product, or any portions thereof, to anyone or allow anyone to gain access to my product, or any portion thereof. YOU MAY NOT: (a) claim my products as your own. (b) sub-license, re-sell, rent, lend, or otherwise distribute my products; (c) post a copy of my products on a network server or web server for use by other users; (d) make any products into tubes, brushes or scripts and redistribute them in any way, including freebies. (e) use tubes specifically designed for use with particular scripts/templates in other projects. (f) use more than 30% of my product elements in any one project. (g) sell my items in element packs – except for designer stashes as below. If you use them for tutorials, please link back www.joannes-digital-designs.com YOU MAY: (a) Use these items for your own personal use or to sell as personal use only, unless you purchase one of my licenses. You may also use the products in blog trains or collabs as long as they are for personal use only and as long as no more than 10% of my products are used. (b) Colorize, add to, take away from, and/or resize to fit your project. Please try and make changes to the item where possible. (c) You may now use my items for S4H/S4O (d) You may use these items to create craft printables, greeting cards, or for use on sites such as Zazzle.com, only after purchasing my Multiple Designer Website license. Items used on these sites MUST be flattened to one layer and must include the license number you received when purchasing the license. (e) You may use my products to create “designer cache” javascript:void(0)kits, only if you have purchased my Scrapbooking license. These cache's must contain no more than 30% of my products, and must not be ONLY elements, you must include papers, frames, etc. Please try and change the item somehow, where possible. – the 30% allowed does NOT include papers. You must list everything in the stash in your description! Your preview must state how many elements and how many papers are included. (f) You may use my products to create signature tags that you give away freely – please credit me where possible. (g) You can now use my products to make blog and store layouts – the items must be merged into one layer. You must have purchased my license to do so – unless they are being given away. If you use my CU items in your projects, it is required that you mention my designer name and site address in your Read Me or Credits file in your downloads, or on the actual product, as below.
